Just moved to this area and decided to try out this place after some shopping and it was terrible. I’ve never been in a restaurant where we were literally ignored by the waiter. We saw our waiter twice during the 2 HOURS we were there. Once to bring drinks and once to bring our check (which we had to ask him for after waiting for 30 minutes after being done eating). A different server brought out our app and food. You’d think after waiting for almost 30 minutes to get our food it would as least come out hot, but no. One meal came out cold and the other came out lukewarm. Our server literally seemed to avoid our table. He would purposely walk the long way around the restaurant to avoid walking past our table. So disappointed especially considering the meal came out to $70.

I had previously given this place a great rating. Our last few visits have been hit or miss including one where the server failed to put our order in for nearly an hour in a deserted restaurant. The prices are out of control, we can eat upscale for the prices here. Food is just “ok”

It’s a bit run down, the carpet smells and it’s a bit squishy. The service was ok, the servers debated on who would wait on us. It did not sound mean spirited but it was uncomfortable to listen to them debate. The food was ok. I had a grilled chicken salad. The chicken taste and texture reminded me of formulated naked chicken nuggets. The produce wasn’t bad, just not fresh. My granddaughter ordered the chicken extra hot but she received regular hot wings. She ordered queso instead of artichoke dip, the queso was ok, not much flavor but the replacement was correct. I ordered raspberry lemonade, you can tell it was powdered. The sprite drink, I think called sparkle, was flat.

The hostess when we first got there we had to get our own high chair for our child and then she ended up going and sat down at the bar and we were just laughing with everybody else finally we got our server who was nice and we got our food which for the most part was okay the steak I ordered medium end up getting medium rare I returned it and they brought it back to me also medium rare still bleeding I myself will not come back to this location when I asked they know how to cook the steak and temp it they said the lighting is bad that’s why it wasn’t the right temperature the server apologized so and apologize and apologize

We had a party of 8 people, we waited over an hour to be seated and there were multiple tables empty. After we were finally seated, we waited another hour and no one came to get drink orders or off to take any orders at all. We usually have a great visit but not this time. Do better, especially when all your servers and waiters we’re standing at their waiter corner talking the entire time. We walked out and went to eat at El Caminante towards downtown and were seated IMMEDIATELY and got food and drinks very quickly and they had almost every table full!! Do better next time!

Service sucked! Four people eating in the whole restaurant and we still couldn’t get good service! Ordered an alcoholic drink and we had to get it from the bar because our waitress kept going to the back and talking etc! With our food the Alfredo came without the bread and the waitress acknowledged but yet never brought it. Please spend the extra money and find good servers

Me and my family went to eat. And put sevices was horrible. Not timely, workers stayed by the bar together a lot. The food was cold some dry and burnt then white clumps and mystery meats threw out my pasta.

My husband and I went here for lunch. His order was wrong and it took a while to get it fixed. Our appetizers took a while to come out and didn’t come out together but when they finally came out all of them were cold. Place wasn’t busy but it took forever to get our food and refills as well as our check.
