Order ahead and did curbside pick up and I still had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. Watched the woman that was working ignore me several times to talk to other customers that was already eating outside, about a upcoming cornhoe tournament. So it was made apparent what was more important. And this was a manager. After waiting on a car next to me I was able to ask her about my food, she checked, was told soup was the hold up. …… lol. Once we finally got are food it was not cook how it was ordered at all, the rest of the food was cold, so sitting for sometime. Just bad experience and not the first when doing curbside.

I always rate chain restaurants against others of the same chain, so keep that in mind. Service was very good but the food was very mediocre. It was warm but not hot and the burger was cooked to death but I had asked for medium. There was a stench near the bathrooms that I suspect is a broken vent. I’m not in this area much but hopefully this was just one bad service and not the norm.

We waited an hour and I got food poisoned. Only good aspect was our friendly waitress. They brought our food out and said watch out, hot plates but the food on them was warm to room temperature. I got so sick it was unbelievable but I’ll spare you the details.

Ordered takeout to go. Steak was one big piece of chewy flab. Broccoli was ice cold. Salad was old. Called to complain and was told I would receive reimbursement via gift card through the mail to which I never received.
