Got the App Platter, Sirloin Steak and the Four Cheese Mac and Honey Pepper Chicken. Our app was out so fast!! Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh, and just everything I expected. Thanks to the kitchen and our server, David, who gives exceptional service and is extremely friendly. Absolutely enjoyed everything tonight from the service and people to the food! Applebee’s food is always tasty and a fair value. Happy hour app deal seems to have existed since last century – pretty sure it has. Service was fantastic at 3pm and the restaurant was spotless. Enough TVs to view from just about anywhere if a game is on. Always a staple no matter which location, the Great Northern spot is fantastic.

Wings cooked till hard . Little sauce.. had to ask hostess about getting more sauce for over cooked dried out wings. Sauce brought out cold. So cold sauce with dried up now cold wings. Worst I have ever had. Fair service and yuck food. Poor service still left 18% tip. But she really earned a zero tip. Will never again eat at Applebee’s in North Olmstead Ohio.

Door dashers and ubereats beware. This location seems to never have orders ready on time.Then when you ask about it they get nasty (Yikes!). Several dashers were coming in waiting and cancelling due to the high waittime and unrealistic timeline they provided them with. Time is money with this job. Won’t pickup from this location again. Customers if you want your order on time, order from some where else.

Our waiter was excellent. Made the dinner much more relaxing . He made great recommendations and was very friendly . Just wish the servings were a little larger , but what do you expect on the 2 for 25 menu .

After ordering through Uber Eats we only received one meal missing a whole other meal and appetizers. When we called, the restaurant admitted to not having the order out and then proceeded to tell us we could come back and pick up the old food that had been sitting for over an hour or pay them again to remake it. They said they cant give out free food even though we never got the food we paid for. Absolutely disappointed in how this was handled and will not be ordering again

There was next to nobody in here at 3pm and it’s taking forever to get my order, drink, etc. After an hour, I finally got my food. Horrible, horrible service but the food was good. Would not recommend this location.
