Jerry D was my server, he was excellent. He was very attentive to ALL his tables, not just mine. I watched him interact with elderly guests and he was beyond kind to them. My food was good. It was hot and didn’t take long to get at all. The restaurant was clean. The parking lot was also clean. I travel for work and eat out Sunday through Thursday. This Applebee’s is better than the one back home.

I had the fish with fries & coleslaw & she had the chicken bowl. Food was great! Only gave it a 3star bcuz the service has been better in the past. We had to wait on a lot of things. And hard to get anyone’s attention when we needed something. And considering they were slow at the time it’s not that anyone was busy. Even so I still recommend them for their good food!

This is the worst Applebees, they gave me a salad of old lettuce. The yogurt they gave my son was old and like they just put strawberries on it. The food is never hot when I do a pickup which is why I don’t take out often. And they gave us drinks with no straws. I highly don’t recommend this place if you are in the cedar falls area go to Waterloo Applebees or longhorn. Places gets worst every-time I order from them. I will not return this time

Visited on 6/18/23 between 9:10pm-9:50pm. Location closes at 10pm on Sunday, only 7 other patrons besides myself. 3 servers, 1 hostess/supervisor/bartender for the front of the restaurant. Ordered the spicy chicken and came with fries; Sandwich tasted good but having the hot chicken clashing with ice cold coleslaw underneath is off. Fries were flavorless with most being less than an inch in length. Spent 5 minutes waiting after sat down for the assigned server who spent most of the time in back then up front with only 1 other table (party of 2) in her designated area occupied… spent another 5 minutes after I got my bill waiting before giving it to another server who brought back out the assigned server in order to cash out.

My salad had a lot of wilted and brown pieces. Green beans were over microwaved and under seasoned. My grandma’s broccoli was over seasoned. The steak, chicken, and shrimp were good

no waitress tried her best. The steak appeared to have been victimized by freezer burn. there was too tough to eat the kitchen. got the order wrong on another entree. our waitress did her best but you can only do so much with the product she was serving. we’ve had good luck in the past at other Applebee’s and hope for the best in the future
