Basic Applebee’s. The staff was nice. I had the 12 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes. The steak was good for sure the potatoes tasted like they were made from a box. Otherwise it was fine. This Applebee’s is tucked in off the main road a bit so you won’t see it till your on top of it.

We have never sat at the raised booth/ stool tables. I find I didn’t like them. I’m 5’4″ with knee & feet issues. I feel there should be a short step other than the edge to help get on the bench. And once there its was either dangle or use the edge. Also, all of the interactions with staff were great except for being informed about the promotions, finding out the next morning that we should have gotten a free ticket to the new Harrison Ford movie by going over $30 was a bummer. If you have a great promo, it should be verbalized, I feel after making your introductions. Now, I have the choice. Do I call and say something for my ticket or leave it be.

The food was amazing, but Vanessa the waitress was very short and snippy with us. I gave her a 1 dollar tip just due to financial reasons and when she went to grab the tip she asked us “this is it”? And proceeded to walk away shaking her head with an attitude. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. She also shorted us our change and took 75 cents for her additional tip when we never signed off to give it to her.

Horrible experience all around. The place smelled horrible and was terribly cold. I asked to have the temperature turned up and a server went and joked with the others about not turning it up. My server Taylor was terrible as well. Only checking up on me and my husband twice in a 1 hour of being there. Very disappointed in the overall service and the food wasn’t good either.

First time eating at Applebee’s in Superior WI just as great as any other Applebee’s in MN which I live in Minnetonka MN the staff here was great I had the impossible burger with fries I like the impossible burger which is what I usually eat at Applebee’s and also got their always great mozzarella sticks my dad and I just for burgers fries mozzarella sticks and pop spent 46.27 plus tip for a total of 54
