This particular Applebee’s is awful. The last 3 or 4 times I’ve gone the service has been very slow and the wait staff has been inattentive and somewhat less than pleasant to deal with.

Just get back from this restaurant with the most worse expereince in my life. Service was so bad . Food was not even cook properly. Sauce was missing and when we asked for it and took 10 minutes to get it but by that time food was cold. We ordered stir fried rice with shrimp but they didn’t fired anything in this dish. We also ordered pizza bread and cheese sandwich for kids and cheese was not cooked properly and it was like half cooked. We ask for manager and he was rude and saying that’s how cook their food here. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY bad experience and will die but never ever go there rest of my life. I will suggest other people also that please don’t go there and use other places in area. SAVE your time, Save your money and get avoided by humiliation by people from this place.

I am always left feeling like I should have picked somewhere else for dinner when I rarely choose to go to this Applebee’s. It is close to something so it is convenient, but the service and food here is never quite up to par. I’m not saying it’s terrible, just that I wouldn’t really pick here very often, or at all personally for a while.

This place is my parents go to for a quick bite to eat. Personally if I wanted microwaved food I’d buy it from the grocery store and make it myself but I do go there to drink. The bartending staff are excellent and know how to treat you right!

walk in during monday night football game for some food and drinks by myself at about 10:15. maybe 10 people in the whole place and 8 of them are at the bar. Sit at a table right by the bar for almost 20 minutes without so much as even an acknowledgement. Meanwhile the manager on duty was behind the bar doing nothing during that time and then had 10 minutes to chat with the 2 people at the table directly across from my position. It’s not like I walked in unnoticed and sat over in a corner out of sight!! I’m 5 feet from the bar , and even walked almost into the bartender when I arrived as she was clearing a table in the corner where I almost sat. At the almost 20 minute mark she approached my table as I had given up and started to leave. I don’t blame her as much as the worthless manager on duty who doesn’t know how to pay attention to customers in his restaurant. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a place!!

Only reason this gets the one star is the awesome waiter(otherwise zero)! He deserves to work somewhere with real food. Bartender was a sweetheart and filled our kids water bottles for their game.

11/13/15, to-go order and when we got home, we were missing two of our orders. This is the second time in a row and my son did not know to look. This is at least the 3rd or 4th time this has happened from this location. Can’t believe I could be so stupid. Never again.

Food wasn’t quite the same as the Apple valley location. They offer public WiFi but it’s cripplingly slow and many times can’t connect. Has been an issue for a while. Service seemed slower then normal, but it could have been that I couldn’t get my work done over the lunch I had here due to the internet issues.

Worst experience ever. Took a long time to get our food, table of 8 behind us ordered after us and got their food before us. Food was not at all good, waitress offered to comp part of our meal, but never brought the check back. I left cash after waiting to long.
