Sam was our server and he was working hard seating us immediately on a Saturday evening. He was friendly, prompt and attentive. We have not been to Applebees for several years and we were impressed with our recent visit. We ordered the two for $24 – it has an appetizer and we both got the delicious oriental chicken salad. The community artwork and pictures were enjoyable to view making Applebees seem more like a local establishment, not a chain restaurant.

Applebees has definitely gone downhill in my opinion. Ordered Riblets and the Lime chicken. Riblets barely had any meat on them and the chicken was cold and the rice that came with it was hard, like it was yesterdays leftovers.

We typically have great food from here but not tonight. It was the worst steak ever and almost raw, the broccoli was mush and the salad was filled with the core. It was horrible.

I love Applebee’s and normally very good food. How ever tonight. Was one of my worst experiences ever. Spinach dip was cold. They took it back and threw in the microwave or something. All you can eat wings riblets shrimp none of it was very good. Time for a new cook. I hope they change something at this location.

Had to wait 10 minutes to get seated and another 15 to get an attention of our server to place an order even they haven’t been busy at all. They gave coloring page for kids but had no crayons LOL that’s messed up considering the whole purpose of coloring page to keep kids busy.

Just went in for a pickup order and was told to go to the bar to pick up my food. I waited for 5 minutes while the old pig tailed bartender complained about her tips. She moved closer and didn’t even LOOK in my direction and ignored me! I had to go back up to the front for the hostess to grab my ticket that was right next to the bartender and she was printing out less than 4’ from me. When I asked the hostess again to help and that I was being ignored she rolled her eyes. At least I got a have a good day from her. Won’t be back if that’s the attitude from staff. I appreciate customer service, I work in customer service and would never treat customers that way.
