This was one of the worst Applebee’s we’ve been to. I’m a stickler for tipping well but not this time. I ordered a salad and stated I wanted it “now before the meal”. Went to the restroom, then my friend went to the restroom. We watched the rest of the cooking war show (15 min), watched our waitress talk and flirt with the male host before I finally got my salad!

We were in town for a baseball tournament over the weekend of July 10-12. We thought to eat at this location because it was close to the fields and all of the kids love the food. We called ahead for lunch and told them we were going to have 30 people for lunch. They said not a problem. We got there and all of the tables were set up for us which was great. The problem was we had 1 waitress for all 30 of us. The restaurant could have spared 1 more waitress just to take half of the guests because the rest of the restaurant was not that busy. We needed to be back to the fields in 2 hours and some of our group had to take the food to go because it took for ever for her to enter the orders in (which some were not even entered) which made it a very unpleasant visit. Lunch should never take that long as we told her we needed to get back by a certain time. We had asked for our checks and it took our waitress 15 minutes to get it all organized. Again, it wasn’t her fault I think the manager on staff should have had two waitresses waiting on that large of a group.

Went in late night for some half price apps after a long day with friends. We were seated and given water as requested, then we ordered. After an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting, seeing another group get their food when they arrived after us, we inquired. Our waiter, whose name was Matt, had not stopped to check on us at all (not even to refill waters) and was falsely dumbfounded and thought we had already gotten food. He then looked in the system to find no order from us. We all definitely think he forgot to put it in but just didn’t want to confront us. We each left with a coupon from the manager for $15 in our hands and no food in our stomachs. Overall I am very dissatisfied with my service from the waiter, but the manager did the best he could given the situation, and this is the only bad experience I have ever really had eating at this establishment.

The two for $22 dinners are really a good deal for couples. It includes an appetizer for two and an individual dinner entree of your choice. I had the oriental chicken salad, one of my favorites. It was good. My wife had a steak and was disappointed when it came medium well and tough. She ordered it medium rare. We will return, but not sure if we will order a steak again.

Warning before you drive there you should know that they are not a corporate owned restaurant, so therefor they will not extend many of the offer/specials you hear in commercials. It felt like a “bait & switch” campaign when I took my wife there for Valentines dinner and they did not honor the special for that day. The food is pretty good, though.

This was an ok Applebee’s as far as cleanliness and appearance. The food was terrible. I arrived between the afternoon happy hour. I had the bone in and boneless wings appetizers and they both were terrible. I told the bartender who served me that the wings tasted old. She informed me that they weren’t old just that they were fried twice. She says that is they process of getting double crunchy wings. I had never heard of any Applebee’s doing that and I visit Applebee’s often. I hated it and will be sure to ask if they double fry their wings before I order them again. I hated this visit but this Applebee’s is near a truck stop so I will likely be back. Hope to have a better visit next time.

Only disappointing Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. Ribs were burnt to a crisp and telling manager accomplished nothing but having her exchange our baby backs for riblets with almost all the meat cut off of them. Sweet tea was old, waitress was of no help and I was without a drink for most of my visit

I really like this Applebees because it is nearby and in a convenient location. The food is usually pretty good. Sometimes, the portions were a little smaller than what they normally are, but it’s not too big of a deal. Overall, it’s one of the best restaurants in the area for that price range.

This Applebee’s, has not gotten an order right for our family in the last 6 tries, and they don’t seem to care at all! The only reason we ever go back us because me wife likes one of their salads. Never mind the fact it takes at least 2 tries to get her the correct salad each time. It is a different mess up every time, do I don’t even know how to begin. At the end of the day, if you have an hour to kill to get the correct food, and don’t care about eating cold burgers, then they are great.

We waited for over an hour with no communication from our server about our order. She finally came back and said there was an issue with one of the entrees. The riblet platter that I ordered looked like it had been scraped off the bottom of the pan and no apologies for the presentation. It was clearly burned in a few spots and was so over cooked that the barbeque sauce was dry on the meat. I can’t believe that the kitchen staff found it acceptable to send it out. I ate at a different place.
