Only thing good was server. Meals didn’t come at same time, missing sides, forgot pasta under heat lamp so dry. Steak over cooked and over seasoned. Was not offered anything else or comp when only person that ate was a child that kept asking where her fries were.

It’s the typical Applebee’s. The food is average, not bad. A little heavy on the seasonings. Fairly clean. Some of the staff are excellent (i.e. Rick M.), and have had a couple of snotty waitresses. I don’t understand whydoor dash drivers are required to use an insulated sack to leave with the hot food. It’s 90+ degrees outside lately. Someone please explain the logic. No special equipment needed to have the driver transport milkshakes/cold beverages in this weather. Talked with GM about it. She was a sweetheart by the way. I was told some customers complained and that is why. I understand she’s just doing her job, but do you really want to create policy based on a minority of complainers, or develop policies based on logic and/or common sense?

I’ve been here a handful of times and my experience has been the same. I tend to assume the waiters are new but they must consistently have new staff or something– brought others food to us several times, one of the times a person at our table picked up the soda and sniffed it and the waiter came back and apologized for delivering to the wrong table then served it to the table right next to us. Brought out the wrong food twice. It just has never been a good experience at this particular Applebee’s.

Typical Applebee’s experience. Overpriced mediocre food, understaffed, no napkins on the tables – you get one. Use that napkin sparingly because you’ll be lucky to find someone that will bring you more. If you do happen to be blessed with the opportunity to beg for additional napkins, you get one! They must make the wait staff pay for the napkins out of their own pockets. We’re still waiting for our water that we asked for…unfortunately we’ve already left. No coasters for drinks so our table was soaking wet. Nothing changes and no one seems to actually care! McDonald’s has more going for it for less money.

I’m not usually a chain restaurant sort of person, but I always enjoy eating here. The food is good and the staff are nice. My favorite is the chicken with shrimp. It comes out sizzling! Husband likes the pasta dishes. Both of us also enjoy several of the appetizers. Yum yum! Never disappoints.
