There was no host when we walked into the restaurant. It took about 5/6 minutes for her to even show up. Other employees looked at us and instead of saying something they kept walking. When we finally got sat it was another ten minutes before the server got there. Another ten minutes for NON alcoholic drinks. There was an expiration sticker in my food. Server never asked if we wanted refills. Just trash service all around. I will never go back. They need to do better.

First it was crowded at door there wasn’t room to move no where. We waited so long I asked the hostess for the manager. She me why wanted to see her and I told her it’s a lot of tables available but she said she had to clean them herself. I replied that she couldn’t this all by herself because it’s too many people waiting. Soon after that more waitresses came out to help along with the manager. She wasn’t not dressed a manager of restaurant but someone who is so unprofessional; hat, wrinkled blouse and very causal pants. She get people seated. To greet people as the manager looking like she a kitchen is pretty bad. I haven’t been awhile and I don’t think I’ll been back. The waitress was very nice through.

Went for lunch. The young man greeted us at the door with a smile and menus in hand and escorted us to nice seats. The waitress was somewhat cold made no eye contact and mumbled something under her breath. No small talk, no feeling of being welcome. Not interested in going back. More work needs to be done with their staff and knowledge of what hospitality in a place where people to come and eat a meal or conduct business.

This place was very hot! Air conditioning was not working and our party of 8 was squeezed into a small booth but manager Pam saved the day! Not only did she switch us to a larger booth, she remade our lack luster drinks! She was awesome!

The server (Reed) was very polite and attentive. She made appropriate suggestions and helped us decide on a better meal for the money. The host was very nice too but I didn’t get his name. We tried the electronic payment at the table for the first time and it was surprisingly simple.

If I could give it a zero I would. First it took 20 minutes for us to be seated when there were 5 open tables. Then when we were finally seated. We waited another 15-20 minutes when I had to ask who was my server. Once I asked about my server, the host comes out and said he didn’t know there was not server to serve us. I eventually left after I wasted almost 45 minutes of my time. The atmosphere was bad and overall experience was horrible. I usually do not rate place but my experience was so bad I could not keep quiet.

I rarely come to this location because of the service, but tonight I came with friends. We were not greeted at the door, the host finally came up and said follow me. We asked the host for a booster seat said he said nothing. We sat for 15-20 before we could order, we seen the manager and told her what the issue were she just looked lost and said your waiter is there and she seem uninterested in our concerns. And just walked away after she told the waitress to come serve us. The waitress was pleasant, however we waited another 15 minutes before we finally got our water. The excuse for all staff was because we’re closing. So does that mean the quality and service decreases. It’s not crowed. It’s almost 2 hours before closing. I’m just very disappointed. I pefer the crest wood location. The one star is for the amazing playlist but service and food was not even worth it.
