A decent place for cheap eats. Overall value is very good compared to other chain restaurants. Wings were tasty and burgers cooked to order. Good specials and an occasional deal on gift cards too (usually during holiday seasons). Plenty of free parking. Easy access on shopping malls outlet.

2pm we stopped for late lunch …Ben was our server…he was so polite and accommodating …always smiling. Chicken wrap and fries were hot and so good. Topped it off with dessert! Highly recommend

I went for an anniversary dinner thinking it would be great. But the Server was probably the only best thing. She tried so hard to make it the best but the food was subpar and basically microwaved. We got drinks and they tasted like syrup, we asked for another shot because it didn’t taste like any alcohol was in it at all. The manager told us that’s how it’s suppose to taste…. No sir I’m sorry but I shouldn’t just taste syrup if I asked for a margarita but nice try.

The day shift manager the day I went was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. He was rude and when I mentioned that how there was diarrhea all over the toilet and floor, he took 10 minutes to come clean it. Then after the fact, he was looking and laughing at our table with a waitress. He needs to be fired. The bathrooms were filthy and the table was sticky and seat was dirty. Horrible manager! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS APPLEBEE’S EVER!

This experience at Applebees was amazing. The salad I had was the best salad I’ve ever tasted, the steak was cooked perfectly, and our waitress was so friendly! The manager even came around and asked how the food was. Loved eating here and I can confidently say I’ll be back!

Mashed potatoes cold, cheese broccoli looked like they threw shredded cheese on them and microwaved it. And boneless chicken was cold and felt like it was left out all day I under stand I ordered take out an hour before close but this is unacceptable never ordering from here again

Not a good staff but you can probably catch a staph infection. The poor waitress with green hair was great as she tried. Everyone else just watched us as we tried to get help. Worse place I’ve been in a while

It would help if the air conditioning was working. Normal Applebee’s food. Not great, but not bad. For the five tables that had people, service was ok, but not stellar. I would go back if I knew the air conditioner was working
