It was good sometimes I feel the chain is a toss-up. This should work on consistent service and food. This particular restaurant thank goodness had a gal that was bartending and and took good care of us. Scott the food out in a timely manner brought refills without asking. She also address to regulars by name and seem to be a very jovial spirit so maybe they should put her in charge.

My husband ordered steak & shrimp. Says it was tender and tasty! Our server Kylie was attentive, returned my too spicy ribs to the kitchen and got a new replacement meat which was delicious! Kudos to the kitchen! And a 5 star service award to our excellent server!!!

Some of the food is okay. Biggest issue is that they don’t pay their employees. Some servers and managers steal the tips and I’ve heard more than one person quit because they weren’t being paid hourly for all the tips they weren’t receiving their cut of. Go find an ihop or visit bloomfields if you can.

02/05/2022, 11:39pm. Giving two stars because of the waitress, she was helpful and nice (Darion). We (group of 4) arrived 11:20, after working an 11hr shift on a Saturday night. I understand kitchen closes, and staff has to clean up for the night, but in NO WAY should the manager (Chad) ever push their staff to rush their customers. Last call for alcohol was at 11:35, because staff wanted to go home. This restaurant closes at 12. When we sat down, the manager (Chad) was in the cooking area shaking his head at our group that just sat down
