Absolutely amazing and friendly staff! We got the Bacon Ranch Crispy chicken sandwich, which came with fries, and the meat nachos, and they came out super fast within ordering, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious!!! Some of the nicest staff I have ever experienced!!! We worked with the Captain, I didn’t catch her name, but she was kind, patient, and very, VERY personable! Some of the best service in Wichita!

our server AJ was awesome. took care of all of our needs (refills, questions about menu items, etc.) dude was on it. he gave us everything we needed and did it all with a smile on his face. the manager working tonight was also amazing. she came by our table multiple times and made sure we were very well taken care of. the food was delicious. went with the honey chicken 4 cheese mac and it was so good. 10/10 would recommend and will DEFINITELY be coming back!

my husband and I were looking for something cheap and easy after having a rough day, on a whim we decided to stop into applebees. our waiter John was spectacular, he gave us recommendations of items that we ended up really enjoying and made sure we were happy with everything. he gave us to-go drinks and containers for our food and got us new sauces and refills without us having to ask! we sat down and ordered at 4pm, had our food by 4:15, and paid by 4:30! definitely will be coming again and asking for John

We had to send our food back because the burger was practically raw, and we were not asked how we wanted it prepared. Also the tea tasted like chemicals. Probably won’t be back for awhile,at least not the East location. Our server acted like she could care less but I left a tip anyway because I was raised with manners.

Waitress acted like she was new, took a long time to bring food ordered. Queso for chips was lukewarm and Dr Pepper tasted like soda water. Asked for and never received ranch for the boneless wings but was charged for it. Asked for separate checks and 2 were conjoined. One table that was sat as the same time as myself only received part of their order. 1 person received their food while the other waited & waited.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would service SUCKED (host looked at me and my friend while waiting to be seated didn’t speak or nothing just walked away when she finally did seat us it took our waiter 3 times to walk by us before asking had anybody taken our order like dude this your section HAVE YOU TOOK OUR ORDER) anyways … food SUCKED (we ordered appetizers ONLY and it still took an hour for us to get them and they weren’t even hot) do better APPLEBEES do better

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. By far the worst customer service experience. The lady took our ID and said she needed to have it reviewed. Waited over 15 minutes to bring back our ID and when I asked for an explanation, she couldn’t give one on why she needed to take it. We were just at the location out west and did not have this issue . 0/10 do not recommend
