My wife and I decided to try this Applebee’s on Sunday 8/27. We arrived at 6:49pm and the restaurant was not at all crowded. In fact, there were very few people dining. We were quickly seated and the first thing I noticed was how sticky the table was. I checked a few surrounding tables and they were all sticky. OK, so this should have been my first clue to leave. But it was getting late and we were tired and hungry. The waiter comes to take our order and my wife ordered their boneless wings special and I ordered the Bacon Whiskey Burger, only to be told they were out of burger patties. so, instead of the burger I ordered the 8oz sirloin along with garlic mashed potatoes. Our food comes out and my wife’s chicken was fine and my steak was also fine. The garlic mashed potatoes were exceptionally dry. I asked the waiter for some butter with the intention of mixing it with the mashed potatoes with the hope of making them edible. The waiter kind of chuckles and tells me they are also out of butter. It turns out that they were also out of napkins! My wife asked for a couple of extra napkins only to be given bathroom paper towels. Of the three items that they were out of, two were easily fixable. Any half way decent manager would have sent an employee to the local market to buy butter and napkins. All in all it was a pretty lousy experience. While the food and service were fine, on a scale of 0 to 10 with 0 being the worse, their cleanliness score was clearly a ZERO. This was our first experience with dining at an Applebee’s and it will must assuredly be our last. Shame on us for ignoring the two red flags. Flag number one; hardly any customers having dinner and flag number two;the sticky table.

So it had add ingredients and I chose some extra sauces all around thinking I am getting extra. Instead there is no sauce on my food and it is all on the side with one sauce of each kind. I am upset at this fact CONSIDERING the sauce was extra money.

I love this restaurant, my husband and I eat here sometimes. Servers are always friendly and happy to make your experience better. They serve good drinks for not too expensive of a price. The food is 95% always good, out of a dozen or so visits we’ve only had one visit where the food wasn’t appearing as fresh, but they were extremely busy and the server was very busy and got it to us as soon as possible…so we weren’t dissatisfied, my husband and I have both been managers at restaurants and understand how demanding it can be, and the employees here do make serious effort to earn repeat customers.

I went to Applebee’s for lunch with a friend who needed to talk about a problem. I ordered the Blackened Salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. It’s my favorite meal at Applebee’s and as usual I loved it. My friend ordered the New Quesadilla Chicken Salad. She said it was great and she had enough to take some home for a snack later. During the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic my family and I ordered delivery food from Applebee’s a lot. It was always hot and good. I had great experiences at other Applebee’s locations too.

Server was really nice. Not his fault what goes on whatsoever. Almost no sauce on the chicken and it was bland. These pics are expectation vs reality. Very disappointed.

The food was subpar at best.. my burger was over cooked, the bun was falling apart, the bacon was chewy to the point it was like chewing on a bandaid.

We ate lunch here on Veteran’s Day. They weren’t particularly crowded, but the service was slow. For example, our waitress didn’t bring our food out and never came to check on us or ask how everything was till she brought the check. Well, the steak was half inedible due to all the tendons and gristle. It was cooked correctly and had good flavor, but the worst cut of meat. The chicken tenders and sides were all tasty, and the staff was friendly, but inattentive. The way they greeted veterans at the door, thanked them sincerely, and offered to cover their meal, from the special menu, was top notch. Well done on that, Applebees!

Felt like the air conditioning was set to 80° + food was pretty good though. Waitress was very friendly and pretty prompt about the service

They now have the impossible burger and it was delicious. There’s a few other vegan options as well and some that have to be slightly modified. If you’re worried about cross contamination, this wouldn’t be your place as would most others too.

My sister and I have had a long term habit of coming here almost every weekend; we started this a few years ago when they first introduced half-priced appetizers on weekends from 8pm-close. Since then I think they changed that deal to weekdays, but that didn’t bother us. We used to always have incredible service; our drinks would be refilled before we’d even get halfway through them, our food came out fast and fresh, and our servers always came by at what seemed like perfect timing (never bothersome, but they also didn’t just abandon us for the entire meal). But that was years ago, and we had about a year break period where we stopped going due to covid. We picked this habit back up again several months ago now, but almost every visit we’ve had since has just been unfortunately awful. We’re lucky to be seated (or even see a host/hostess) in under 10 minutes, even if there’s barely any parties seated/eating. Our drinks don’t get refilled until they’ve been sitting long enough for the ice to melt, and our server rather asks “would you like a refill?” instead of just having them brought to the table. I don’t think I have to ask for a refill anywhere else. Even if its just appetizers, the food always takes at least 45 minutes to come out. And when it does come out, it’s lukewarm, tastes old, and anything supposed to have any sort of sauce (pasta, wings, etc.) comes out nearly bone dry. I also came here for my 21st birthday and ordered some alcoholic drinks, they weren’t served to our table until we we’re halfway through eating our food (that again has already taken so long to come out). I didn’t even have the time to drink it by that point, we had plans afterwards. Plus our servers just seem to never want to come by the table after we’ve gotten our food, they just serve, ask if we need anything else, and then they’re gone until we’re looking around waiting for a check. This establishment specifically has just gone really far downhill. It just seems like they don’t care for maintaining the restaurant anymore. I genuinely used to love coming here every weekend, but it’s just been so bad that I just get irritated at the thought of going there again. The “maybe it’s just a bad night for them” is every night we’ve gone there now. This kind of experience has also happened the few times we’ve gone there for lunch/evening meals rather than night time appetizers and drinks. I really hope they improve again soon, I miss how good they actually used to be.
