My waiter was not very in the game when we sat down. I was ordering my steak off the menu she didn’t ask how I wanted cook or anything. However even after she placed the order she has not stopped by not one time to check on me and my fiance see if we wanted more drinks, or to see if we was OK, just keep walking past us and going to other tables. The last thing that made me upset was she literally walked past us slowly didn’t ask if we needed silverware to eat our foods or even napkins Anna Needs a bit more training. Thank you so much for the manager Nikki for stepping in to resolve this issue and making us feel little more better. I just moved to FT Worth this is the closest Applebee’s to me I want to keep coming back here so I will give this another try in a few weeks hopefully the service is better.

This is Great place to meet n Eat. They have several Value Menu Options and Excellent Happy Hour Deals. Downside, being ❤️ Patient, SALT amount is very High. Next time I will ask for Salt Substitute. Bonus, they give Military Discount too!!! Loved the food. Excellent portions for Prices.

literally trash staff and service! whole restaurant is practically empty and we were waiting for 40 minutes to be sat along with another family. they were walking by and saying nothing to us about wait time or open tables. a woman came up to us and said they’re still cleaning becuase a party just left but the other half of the restaurant was EMPTY! we all left and won’t come back!!

This place is horrible, Disgusting, and in so many healthy code violations. Coming in I was seated at a dirty table that was never cleaned. I had to clean my own table. I waited about 10 minutes for a serve to come over to bring me water. I ordered my appetizer of the pretzel sticks and was only given one dipping sauce, it comes with two. The dipping sauce I did have the dishes were dirty. My silverware still had food particles all over it . Then I ordered a drink that I was over charged for because I was charged twice for one drink. I will never come back and don’t suggest dinner here unless you want to be sick.

The first plate was good. Second plate for everybody was cold, it took 40 minutes for a single plate to come and we ordered two drinks. Only got one. The second one came only after we asked for assistance. The manager was trying to help but they still took over 20 minutes to do anything. They only had a few people so I’m not sure what took so long… The chicken was cold… The plate itself was hotter than the food, and not to mention they didn’t even give us fries.

I’ve never seen an Applebee’s so dead but take so long. I literally only ordered a chicken tender basket & 2 drinks. So many employees standing around & talking. It took almost 30 minutes for my order to be done while I was sitting in the restaurant the entire time. Then I finally got my order & the chicken tenders and fries were cold!! & it tasted like it had been sitting there for hours!!! Don’t not come if you want good fast service.

Warning do not go to this location it is very nasty, the floors were greasy and black, the bathroom had a film on the floor the walls were gross. The tables and menus were sticky. Our waiter, the bartender and most staff looked very unkempt. I sent my food bk because the ribs were old, the mash potatoes were thinned out and the broccoli was damn near raw. They didn’t have the buckets like other Applebees and the drinks were watery. I couldn’t wait until the person I came with finished and they didn’t even finish there food and had an upset stomach after. If you care about cleanliness, atmosphere and good food and decent customer service DO NOT come here!!

Ordered carb side to go which was to be ready at 7:00. I understand that usually it does take a little longer than the website estimates so I showed up at around 7:10. Let them know that I was there, and waited and waited and waited for 20 minutes. Called back said I would like to check on my order that was supposed to be out and a few minutes later they finally brought it out No explanation nothing. Food was cold and they left out things I paid extra for so probably won’t go back for a while
