On our way in there were a group of people on their way out. The general consensus was that the bartender was rude! My sister and I both had the grilled chicken breast and shrimp. The side dishes were mashed potatoes, side salads, and a cocktail. The first drink that I ordered, I had to send back. Once we finished our meal we tried to get our bill so that we could pay and leave. However, the bartender took our order, so none of the other waitresses could total out our bill. We had to let her (bartender) know more than once after a timely wait that we were ready to leave the restaurant. And we weren’t too impressed with overhearing her tell the other wait staff “can’t you see I’m busy”. I had no problem with waiting for her to prepare a few drinks, but at some point her actions started infringing on my time. I’m busy too!

That is NOT even close to the quality of cut advertised on their menu. Especially not for $23. It’s thinner than the pic shows here. More like a skirt steak. Took a chance & failed. Go to a real steakhouse for the same price. Was $102 for 3 ppl. Appetizer, burger, “steak”, chicken alfredo, 3 drinks. The chicken alfredo has always been my ‘goto’ there before. I won’t deviate again.

Food was hot and delicious. However the service was a bit slow, especially since the restaurant wasn’t crowded when I was eating. My group was here for roughly an hour but nobody got their water refilled once. If you get the unlimited wings, be prepared to wait 30min for each plate. Atmosphere was very friendly. If you come I recommend you bring a bottle of water for yourself.

Very clean, well cared for location. Let me say this before anything else…this location was super well run! The staff was all polite, organized and focused on the customer experience. Not often I can that right now but top to bottom a well oiled machine.

I went into this location This short black chick at the front told us it would be a 5-10 minute wait she even took down my friends name. She never seated us but seated a party of 4 people while we were waiting. I didn’t get a lol at her name tag but her service sucks. Get better servers please.

I have never had such poor food or service at an Applebee’s. Our waiter barely mumbled above a whisper, made zero effort to refill tea glasses, had to ask multiple times for several items that should have been brought out with the meal. Only 3 tables in the entire place were occupied so he was in no way overloaded since the other 2 tables were being serviced by someone else. It was as if he was bothered by us.

Horrible service, we waited at the host stand for 10 minutes before getting seated, and waited for our server for 10 minutes. Servers are not very attentive and slow, seems to bullsh.t through their work and are very unprofessional. This place needs new management and workers, because it’s actually horrible. Food was alright as expected. Same level as a fast food restaurant quality food. Atmosphere doesn’t seem very welcoming, and it seems like we are being racially profiled. Never come here, go to a different Applebee’s.

My boyfriend and I went here after a movie at the local theater. It was probably about 10:00 or 9:00 at night. Chynna was our waitress and she was delightful. My boyfriend and I both got burgers. For the appetizer we got onion rings. My boyfriend requested his burger as rare as they dare, and boy did they dare ! It is rare that they we go somewhere and he actually gets a burger that he doesn’t complain about, and this was one of those rare times. Most restaurants are afraid of doing rare, but this one did it perfectly. The shaft that night was on point! I on the other hand am not as adventurous, I got my burger medium well and it was good. The iron rings were actually very tasty, they weren’t those stringy onion things that most people give. These had solid shapes and we’re not too greasy, they came out hot and fresh, and we enjoy them with the ranch and the ketchup. Ketchup. The concocted drinks that are waitress made for me were great. As they didn’t have a certain type of mixer for lemonade, but she made me a great tropical variety! Overall, we were very happy with our service and our food. It was quiet at this hour of night, so that was pretty cool too.
