Been to Applebees several times now. The location is perfect as it services the area of Horizon. The atmosphere entering Applebees is great with some good music in the background. We are generally greeted upon entering which is a huge plus!

1st time experience today & I give it a 4 star over all. We stopped for dinner on a Friday after 6pm. Got seated right away which is a good sign. Our server was Jenna C. And let me tell you Jenna gave us a 5 star service. On top of everything & was in total control, with no pressure. Thank you! The food was great. Definitely 5 star. The only complaint was I wish my burger was more a medium vs a medium well. But that’s not Jenna’s fault. Atmosphere was a 3 star. I felt something was missing, didn’t feel that Wow experience. The table we sat at are the high table/chairs & are way close to other tables. My anxiety kicked in & we moved table back a bit. I don’t want to sit on the next table guest lap or anything.

tuesdays rain
We were in the area and decided to give this new restaurant a try. The layout was current with lots of large screen panels. The booths are tight though. Our server was friendly and gave us great service. We ordered the 2 for $29 lunch special. My steak was medium rare and I ordered medium. There was some white grissle inside that could not be cut out. So the steak was a fail considering only half of it was edible. My girlfriend ordered the Fiesta lime chicken. She was not happy with the “uncle ben’s” spanish rice that came with it. She would have preffered an authentic mexican rice with cilantro. She asked the server but her response was “they changed the rice and we no longer offer that”. The “iced teas” we ordered were warm with limited ice floating at tge top of the glass. Is there an ice shortage we should know about? The music was college pop. Ok… Would we go back? Probably not. I see a trend here. Restaurants keep cutting back everywhere they can but continue to raise their prices. No more doggy bags. The portions are so small. You go out to eat to have a pleasant dining experience, not to leave feeling disappointed like it was a waste of money. These chains need some serious mom and pop competition to put them in their place but those types of situations are fading away. We just don’t go out for dinner that much anymore. For $60 out-the-door we really have to think twice about it.

Love this place!! Everyone is super friendly. Today our Server was JOEY and he was above and beyond! He gave us a 100 out of 10 service. Super friendly and polite! Very attentive. More servers like him and you will not have to worry. I felt like he was our friend! Thank you JOEY for your kindness and happiness!

One hour to sit, one hour for food to be served. Server was great, food not so much. It’s a bummer to wait so long just for food to be over cooked. Quesadilla were soggy. My kids chicken was hard and dry. Also wouldn’t recommend the kids pizza.

Applebee’s has always been a great place to go hang out and drink a beer and have some food. Service on this visit was excellent. my advice is do not order steak it’s never cooked to the proper temp everything else is good though

Unwelcoming hosts. 0 stars to the worker that was rearranging the dinning area super loud today 3/15 at 7PM. This gentleman was literally dragging the chairs and tables very loud. Idk but that is restaurant etiquette 101. Don’t be rude and learn how to pick up stuff instead of dragging it and being annoyingly loud. Picture attached is the artichoke dip with stale chips.
