Was in town for the night and came here for dinner. Came in and sat at the bar. Took forever to get a drink. Bartender was more concerned with socializing with her friends over doing her job. The bar was disgusting and not clean. Dirty glasses everywhere. And the only customers that were serviced was her friends. Food was pretty decent though.

So, we are here for part of a larger road trip. This was probably one of the best places we ate at. The servers were all super nice, friendly and the food tasted like it should. There’s been many times we’ve eaten at different Applebee’s and either the service is good but not the food or vice versa

Dirty the bartender was gross. She was flirting with the guy at the bar letting him know what time she gets off. Did not give us forks let alone knives to eat our food. No refills on our drinks. She also let us know how short staffed they were and didn’t even know who was working in the back or what they were doing

First our carside to go order was given to someone else. No big deal stuff happens, they remade our order but forgot half of it. When back inside to get the missing steak order and after waiting up front for 20 minutes not seeing any staff I finally went into the kitchen to find someone who worked there. I was handed another bag this time still missing our two sides. I Found our “medium” steak cooked to shoe leather quality and about half the size of what we ordered. Then I got our sides finally. The three or four people we spoke to working on the delivery side were all very apologetic and courteous however the manager was very rude to my wife and had an attitude I can best describe as annoyed and impatient with having to deal with customers in general. All because his staff made mistakes. Which again the staff were all courteous and professional. Manager was rude and seemed like he would rather be doing anything than fix the mistake. Usually we dine in here and have a better experience. We were not impressed at all. I didn’t bother trying to get our food made correctly the fourth time.

Haven’t been there for a while so we opted for a lunch there. Ordered the 8 oz steak (med) with the garlic mashed potatoes and onion rings. The steak was more med rare and the mashed potatoes was cool. So needless to say we probably won’t be coming back any time soon. The menus were sticky along with anything else you touched. The restrooms weren’t any better. Your shoes stuck to the floor as you walked. It smelled like a restaurant that should not have been an Applebee’s. Too bad.

Watch for exclusions on the 1/2 off promotions on the table. We ordered two drinks and an appetizer after 9pm yesterday and expected 1/2 off as advertised. We were charged full price on all items due to exclusions.

Wonderful salad bar with lots of selections. Friendly staff, clean establishment, bright dining area (not dim lighting), quick service and not overly crowded on Sunday night.

I came into this restaurant after a 9 hour drive. Just looking for a quick burger. When I walked in I immediately noticed the place was not very clean or organized. I was rudely greeted and and sat in the busiest part of the restaurant. I was alone. After being seated, I sat for about 35 minutes before I got up and left. Not one person asked me if I wanted a drink, any food, or any type of acknowledgment. I will never return to an Applebee’s anywhere in the United States.
