FROSTY SMOOTH
Food was decent, service mediocre, and it would seem no A/C in the building on a 95° day. So the atmosphere was less than desirable. Maybe 20 people in the entire place at ~630pm and 6-8 employees I’d say “kind of” working. I think anyone would expect a bit better but luckily the food/cooks saved what would’ve been a 2* rating on this visit otherwise.

Waitress was horrible! She didn’t refill our drinks at all the entire time we were there. She did t return my change from paying the bill she assumed it was her tip. The entire meal and after we paid we could hear the manager and her coworkers cussing and talking loudly about people in the restaurant as the bartender announced extremely loud that she sells pills specifically Adderall!!! Who hired these people? The last time we ate here the host Peyton was amazing and helped the wait staff so much we tipped him and the waiter! I was appalled by how the salad had ends and pieces and rotten pieces in it …. Absolutely the worst experience ever. The girl who waited on us should not be in this field.

Came Sunday night to watch the games. Server was Slow definitely no sense of Urgency as he disappeared multiple times and the bartender ended up coming from behind the bar to help us.. food was Good but service definitely needs improvement.

Management is creating an environment that is not family friendly. To many people cursing and talking loud to enjoy a meal. Maybe monitor the amount of drinks being served and be proactive in removing unruly patrons. Then again maybe this is the crowd they want.
