Today was a great day for a visit the server we had was amazing her name is Lauria. She was fast, very friendly, and the bartender there today makes amazing drinks. Unfortunately I was not able to catch the bartenders name. Definitely going back!!

This place is something else. I’m currently sitting here, having a desire to have a beer and some food…only problem is I’ve been here for an hour after a long day of work and I haven’t been blessed with the opportunity to order food. It’s not a problem, I know the bartender is looking out my interests; I really don’t need nourishment in my body. I respect her ability to promote a family-first environment, even if it means going in front of the bar and spending most of the night talking with her significant other and friends instead of making money. I mean, that takes gumption! The gentleman next to me was kind enough to check her hearing numerous times when he asked if he could order food, but we all know she was looking out for his nourishment intake as well. He was also kind enough to do her job and get me a menu; we all know spending time with friends and family at work is more stressful than customers who might pay. Then again, she might pay later at home. I would love to leave a review on the food, but despite being sober and looking like I might have money, I guess I’ll never know. Maybe I’m sitting in a very bright part of the bar where she doesn’t know I’m here, it could be a lighting issue. Next time I’ll remember to bring my own food and simply order a beer at the bar, it might be more fruitful. I wish them luck though, maybe Godzilla will step on this location without anyone in it and we can rebuild to a standard higher than a limbo bar.

Went in for my birthday dinner. Was seated by the manager who told me my server was in the bathroom and would be right with me. Waited 30 minutes and no one has taken my order. Asked for the manager and he said he was dealing with a situation with my server. He didn’t even attempt to get another server to take my order. I asked for the number for corporate to register a complaint. He stated they were not part of the corporation. So I asked him for the franchisees phone number to complain to them. I toId him this was the worst service that I never had.

The best thing about this Applebee’s is the staff. The food wasn’t really that good – my rice was not fully cooked and lacked flavor, my Salmon was raw in the center- I understand fish shouldn’t be dry but it shouldn’t be raw either. It’s not the first time, unfortunately, so I’ll just go somewhere else next time.

Food wasn’t too bad, I had the chicken Alfredo and it was a bit dry. I was going to ask for a side of Alfredo sauce but my waitress never came back. My fiancé asked for a side of ranch when we first had our food served to us and the waitress never brought it but then went back to serve everyone drinks behind the bar. She never once came back to the table to check on us or bring us refills. After over 20 minutes, my fiancé had to go up to the bar to ask for what we needed and we decided at this point to just ask for the check and to go boxes. To make matters worse, she was the ONLY waitress who was doubling up as a bartender. However, there was what sounded like a party in the kitchen. Plenty of people laughing and talking. Not one person could’ve helped out? I would’ve given this review a one star but because the food wasn’t bad, I gave a star to the kitchen. Probably never coming back to this location. So disappointing!

My husband said his tacos were the best thing on the menu that he’s ever had at Applebee’s. And my wings were, wings. Nothing special but nothing horrible either. Our waiter was fantastic. The music was a bit loud and the temperature seemed a bit warm. But no cockroaches like the restaurant on 550/Alameda.

The waitress we had was great, she was kind and attentive. HOWEVER, the food was TERRIBLE. When I say terrible, it was pretty much inedible. It was a super uncomfortable experience being that the food was bad, it was hot, and people at the bar were extremely loud. Never again will I go to this location. What a waste of $40.

The food is very good, but the customer service is horrible. I was on time to pick up my curbside order. I waited for 10 minutes. Called and the person who answered the phone said would look and see if my order was ready. Hung up on me and did not bring my order out. After waiting another 8 minutes, I walked inside and the hostess went back to the kitchen and came back with my order. She seemed to careless that I stated I was hung up on. Third times a charm. This Applebee’s will not get another dollar from me

Sat for 8 minutes and no one took our order. Drink order or even acknowledge us. Bartender eyes were low appeared to be under the influence. And service was non existent.
