Went in for dinner, there was a small wait time, so we just went to the bar area and sat there. The waiter, of course, is the bartender….Billy, I believe, he was great!!!! Great drinks and service was great. I would definitely sit at the bar area again, because we had a great time!!!

Sandy our waiter didn’t check on us. Never got ice water refills. Had to ask another waitress for boxes. Then when sandy came to our table it took her 15min to get a box. Food was amazing, service not so much….

Absolutely impressed with how it turned out. Our waitress Stella was beyond amazing. Stella is the prime example of how waiters and waitresses should be. Friendly,professional,efficient,fun ( loved her mask & bow tie it was Halloween themed) and compassionate. I will definitely be returning to this location again.

Went in on a Wednesday evening around 10p. There were maybe 10 other customers there. Sat at the bar. Waited for someone….kept waiting. Server finally came and took our order. Waited for our drinks. The server eventually came back and told us she forgot our drinks. My beer had about 4inches of foam. Food took forever to come out and my gf order was wrong so they had to remake it. We ended up just putting it in a togo box soon as it came out. I had a steak. It was good but skip the coleslaw somehow Applebee’s has managed to screw up coleslaw. I know its hard to staff these days but this is the reason I don’t go out much anymore.

I’m disappointed & embarrassed. A waste of time, food & money. I’ve enjoyed these burgers in the past (dine-in). However, delivery was by far the worst! The burgers were chewy/rubber like, bacon overcooked unyielding, fries sticks of rancid grease. None of which could be reheated or disguised. Shameful!!

Skyy was a great 5 star waitress. The order itself, boy, oh boy. They had a party of over 40 people, which caused issues understandable, but food was wayyyy behind with no notice until something was said to the staff. Our daughters pizza was legit cold. They had to take it back and reheat it, then brought it back, scorching hot to a 2 yo. We were also told the manager was to come and speak to us, and hopefully, they gave us a free dessert or something, but that never happened. Most certainly needs improvement.

From what I understand they have recently took new ownership so they have 50% of a new crew and still growing the general manager Miguel Montoya was completely ontop of it he took care of us after our waiter had not stepped up to the plate. However the food was fantastic I look forward to better service here in the near future changes are coming andwe look forward to seeing it we will be back..

I was just there 12pm June 26,2023 I was deluous I has chicken strips and fries .And my parents had the ribs .the only issue I didn’t like is there’s a couple in the resurant right now .with a big black dog. And it’s NOT AN assistance dog just not saitary .but other than that I love the hamburgers, fettuccine Alfredo, and chicken strip
