We are a locally owned small business. Located in downtown Carlsbad we bring to the table sandwiches in different varieties. Which Include your classic Subs, Paninis and focaccia sandwiches. A few pizza options are available, but sell out quick! Being mostly Italian inspired, we strive to bring something a little different into the area for the local people and the occasional “passer by”.

We’ve been here several times and every time it’s amazing. My husband has gotten the pepperoni pizza every time and I’ve tried something new each time. It doesn’t matter what you get it’s delicious. The people are always nice no matter how busy they are, and they will always take time and explain each item. You can tell the food is high quality, and that there’s a lot of time, care, and thought put in to each item. Carlsbad needed a place like this so much!!

We had the Nero pepperoni pizza with the Roman style crust. It was out of this world. Every aspect of this delicacy was unique and executed with flare and exacting attention to detail. Rest assured: they *don’t skimp* on the pepperoni! We also appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality from the owners. What a unique addition to our town! Excellent little Italian Deli. It’s just what Carlsbad needs. The menu is simple but each item is unique. I had a hard time choosing, but I got the fig and prosciutto and wifey got the soldier. Both were great. Skip McAlister’s and give this place a try.
