Awful. Ordered for delivery and did not get my drink. Called about it and the jerk on the phone goes “oh. Yea our shake machine is down”. The staff there did not update the app for the item to be refunded. AND they threw the fries in the bag upside down. I would attach a photo of my shake but you see, I never GOT IT.

Food was really good. Haven’t been to a Arby’s in over 6 months. Got the 2 for 7 with a beef n cheddar and mozzarella sticks. It was really great , service was quick. It made it really nice for a quick dine in and go.

I had roast beef sandwich two salty could even taste the flavor that Arby’s is known for The staff had their music going so loud in a prep area that it was competing with the music that the restaurant was providing to his guess All of us are over 65 I did not appreciate that and when I made a complaint about it I was told they wish there was something they could do about it
