This has to have been the fastest I have ever received an order in a fast food establishment. I turned to fill my drink cup and the manager called my name. I thought for sure something was wrong like an item became unavailable. To my surprise he was holding a tray with my meal. Hot and fresh. And somehow fast. Great tasting and great service well done Mr manager for leading a team like that.

I love this place! It’s clean, fast, and everyone is nice. But today… This girl named Miranda just stood there and just looked at me while I stood in line. She did not greet me at all .. she isn’t friendly. Then, while I’m eating my food at their tables, she starts to spray the table next to me with cleaning liquid as if the mist isn’t getting on my food…

I used to go to this location, but it’s been a while. I decided to try again today, but I immediately decided against it when I saw the prices. Incredibly high prices for mediocre food. Expect to pay around $30-$50 for 2 people to eat here.

1st time ordered beef au jus 2 sandwiches no au jus. No dipping au jus.2nd order dessert appal turnover no turnover. 3rd time 2 beef au jus only 1 au jus, so my buddy and I are expected to dip into the same container each time we bite into our sandwich. Food was good. Uber gave credit for 1st missing au jus. 2nd didn’t complain (Arby’s or Uber). Also 3rd time no condiments asked for. So 3 strikes you’re out. Never doing Arby’s again. Can’t even get sauces, ketchup and horsey. No napkins.

I’m usually not one to write reviews but my experience tonight was offensive. I actually recently had Arby’s after many years and enjoyed it about a week ago so much so I was looking forward to it on my day off. However tonight I walked in to pick up a doordash order to a long haired kid bathmouthing guests and doordash driver. I was right there to hear it all. Won’t be supporting this location. That and staff eating on the line.

Haven’t been there in awhile and the food is still good l, however the classic was a lot smaller than it used to be. The customer service has drastically changed. Everyone seems nice, but so slow, I walked out 3 times because I couldn’t wait so long. One older lady taking orders, 3 others, not even half her age, standing there doing nothing and 1 in the back I believe. Very loud and talking about things that people shouldn’t be hearing. Definitely not the same as it used to be. I used to love going there but after 4 times I’m done. I hope the owners go back to the way it used to be.
