My first time ever at Arby’s. The wait staff was exemplary…fries delicious. Personally I found the roast beef rather tasteless although it was a generous portion. Did not like the flavor of the bun at all but maybe that’s just me.

We have been twice now, and they have a beautiful condiments area, but both times, it was completely empty except for horseradish mayo. But there is nothing to put it in. My husband used a soda top both times. The staff is very young, that runs it for dinner, and are all wearing jewelry, have face piercings. I just happen to know that is a huge state food safety violation. The food is okay, was not hot at all.

Went to the drive through at 9:54 pm (6 minutes before they closed) just to get one drink and the employees refused service and said they were closed. I’d understand if I had an actual order however all I was ordering was a drink. Terrible and lazy employees (my job is also tiring I still do it) it’s sad that most of them are around the same age as me but are all so lazy.

screw up order TWICE!!! Order totally screwed up after waiting 10 minutes in line then they screwed it up the second time leaving off one meal and no sauces!! Typical for this Arbys! We should have gone to KFC! Loved the guy behind us beeping his horn at us, its not our fault he had to wait 2 minutes for his food after we waited so long!!

They were very slow and took forever to come to the window and tell me that they were waiting for the chicken to cook. Five cars behind me got their food and left before they brought mine out. I’ll give them credit for at least apologizing.

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru with one car in front of me and 3 people in the restaurant. Finally got to the window to be completely ignored for a few more minutes. Just left, went from hungry to hangry.

First time coming to arbys and wish one was in my home town! This site was amazing showed up laye and the customer service from manager connie was amazing she made our night and the crew all made us laugh it was a very good time. The food was better then exapected and was delicious! Id drive all they back here for another experience.
