There have been a few nice people but all the others refuse to be nice. I Just moved here and the Arbys is hit or miss. I Spend 75+ every time. This last time i asked they had a roast beef ranch and swiss. Or. Could make it. So far ive recieved several deli fresh sammys. Several beef and lettauce and cheese sauce. None eddible. I love arbys. But this location Its luck of the draw.

Employees were. Polite and helpful although a little disoriented on orders. My friend put in her order and didn’t receive the food but did receive the condiments after she was to have received the order. It was brought to the attention of the staff and the food was served up quickly.

The older staff doesn’t have a clue on how the app works. And because they do not have a clue they get mad at customers. I do not appreciate the manager slamming my food on the counter because I use the app. They really need a lesson on customer service.

As far as fast food goes, I like Arby’s, I do wish they didn’t fry their mozzarella sticks in the same as their fries, but many places can’t accommodate for allergies and intolerances, I understand, and learn the hard way.

Diablo Dare chicken and brisket challenge excepted and concord!! We put it up on YouTube. I preferred the brisket while my fiance preferred the chicken. They were spicy but not to the point were it would need a signed waver. Lol. The sandwiches themselves were great sandwiches with heat. The spicy does not down play the great taste of the sandwich. Jalapeño poppers with bronco sauce is my favorite thing at Arby’s.

I’m a contractor so we eat a lot of fast food so Arby’s is definitely among the favorite restaurants. This particular trip was rare the fries were cold and the floor was sticky and then you can see at least 3 employees standing around taking. The owner answered back in response quickly I might add
