Not sure why so many commercials on tv, but Arby’s is nothing special. Never had a great meal there in over 35yrs. Gave it another shot (last time was over 10yrs ago) and prob won’t go back. No wonder the place is always empty. Lol

The time it took to order and get through the drive through was ridiculous. In total there were only three vehicles in line and I was the second one. The car that was ahead of me had been sitting at the window before I even came up. But then proceeded to sit there almost another 10 minutes. I just don’t understand why it took so long especially sense there was only 1 truck parked infront of the building for people to go in.

GO OFF BASE. I made a simple order here and they messed it up. Usually I’d just eat whatever food but it was the completely wrong item with a disgusting combination of sauces. I called and called and it was continuously busy. So I drove back and arrived there around 6:02, but their times are wrong on here and they closed at 6 and because they just closed, they refused to help me at all. I paid extra for food I didn’t get and ended up having to find something else to eat. Take your money elsewhere, you will regret spending it here.

Bought 2 Wagyu Bacon Ranch burgers. They forgot the bacon on both sandwiches. When unwrapped the tops of the sandwiches were so far off to one side everything had to be put back together. And I waited at the window for over 10 minutes for this mess!
