The food wasn’t hot. The fries were hard as a rock. I asked for new ones, and they turned out the same way. All the employees, we’re outside washing their cars. So we had to wait to get waited on. This will be the last time me and my boyfriend will go there we r not happy at all

Large shake was $6.25 and was only 12 ounces? Literally half the size of the straw. I know arbys is more expensive but that’s just too much money for so little. I’m done.

Food was pretty good but when I grabbed the the high chair for my daughter it was covered in dead flies.. the employee gave us attitude when we asked her to clean it up. The place was nasty with crumbs and sauce on the tables. Wouldn’t come here again

Roast beef was cut thicker than normal and was watery. I also ordered a Jomocha shack that didn’t have the normal presentation of chocolate syrup, it was half white like they didn’t feel like mixing long enough, and the whip cream was melted looking as soon as the cashier handed it to me. The Manger took our order and gave me a hard time about not wanting the onion bun. This location sucked!

Arbys Upper Front Street, drive thru staff is friendly but professional. Pretty quick off hours, pretty good at peak times. Food’s always fresh and hot and a good variety with tasty limited offers. Mac and cheese warms up well for lunch the next day, hint hint.

We went through drive thru. There was one car ahead of us. We ordered 5 sliders, a curly fry, mozzarella sticks, and a shake, it came to almost 40 dollars. The worker at the speaker said it would be a 6 min wait for the chicken for the sliders. Got to the window, and he was absolutely miserable. I guess I’m going to assume they were short staffed, and he was complaining about the other employee making the food. First off, 40 dollars for two people for a little amount of food is a disappointment. Second ,the drive thru worker was definitely making things awkward, and I felt like we were putting him out. Thirdly , the food was cold and we had to pull forward because they never put the mozzarella sticks down. Also the mint shake was not done with the chocolate drizzle. It was just the shake mix and whip cream. For an almost 20 min wait, and 40 dollar charge for cold food, Definitely a disappointment for Arby’s. I used to enjoy it, but I think it will be the last time we go there.
