I came in at 8:45 at night, and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. I just ordered a small curly fry, and the workers were super nonchalant about it. Took several minutes to get the fry, which was a little frustrating because it wasn’t like they were making a new batch or anything. But I got it and it tasted good, so I was happy in the end.

This location is across the street from Wal-Mart. I have never been inside the restaurant. I visit the drive thru. The dining room has been closed due to remodeling. No trailers or objects being towed allowed in the drive thru lane. Small parking lot and you cannot drive around the building to exit without going through the drive thru lane. The speaker for the drive thru needs to be replaced. Nice kids working in the restaurant. Usually they hand you a month’s worth of great coupons at check out. A small restaurant but they do a lot with what they have to work with. I like this place and recommend it. Grab your meal and go down to the harbor and watch the boats come and go.

The lady at the front check out (my receipt says Darlene) was the sweetest person to deal with. Such a kind and personable face to greet you when you walk into their doors. I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food places but I felt inclined to after meeting her. Her personality made my day. The food was also super fresh and the curly fries were delicious so that made the experience all that much better. Thanks Darlene, if that is your real name 😉

Not sure what is going on here. The last few visits. The roast beef, has been dry/tough and cut extremely thick. I reached out to Arby’s corporate number to see if there was a change to the beef or slicing requirements, and there is not. If the sign didn’t say Arby’s I would have thought I was at a different restaurant. The manager on duty at our last visit was loud and not very professional. So bad employees were rolling their eye at her. At least the dining area floor isn’t sticky anymore.

We were there about 15-20 minutes before closing. Customer service was very friendly. I was slightly disappointed that I couldn’t get a chicken sandwich right away because their fryers were off, but the turkey bacon sandwich I got instead was delicious and satisfied my cravings!
