It’s clean. Foods not bad. I like the cream cheese poppers with berry sauce. The chocolate croissants are sooo good. Im.not a fan of roast beef but my hubby likes it. I like the fresh sandwiches. Turkeys good. Always fresh. Their fish sandwiches are very good for a fast food place. Good alternative place to go during lent when the church is sold out . The little sliders are pretty good too.

We used to go here often that is until we started getting cold food even if we would eat at the location. Today we wasted money again. Crinkle fries ice cold when I bit into them and covered in salt. Roast beef lukewarm. Cut chicken sandwich open to make sure cooked and that was the only thing that was hot. I guess if we wany arby’s we will have to travel to a different location or just not go at all.

They got my order wrong and everything was cold. The bread on the sliders were stale and I asked for extra honey mustard dipping sauce and didn’t get even one. I’ll be going to the one by the mall from now on

There customer service is truly bad. And they ignore you if you have questions. Also they don’t serve actual hot food everything is cold. When you ask for hot food you’re ignored. And told not to talk to them a certain way after they continue to ignore you. Also they all lie when you ask for a manager. I don’t know what was wrong with them this shift. Because I usually have an okay experience when I go there. I will not be going again if that’s how they treat customers.
