They weren’t super busy when I stopped, so there wasn’t any wait to order. Hubby got the 2 Cheddar and Beef for $7 and I got the Hush puppy coated fish. Didn’t think to ask for tartar sauce, and didn’t realize there was none till I was home. Food was good, but the fish would have been better with the tartar sauce.

I’m currently standing outside of this restaurant the time is 9:31 PM. The lobby closes at 10:00pm. However, it appears that the store manager chose to close the lobby early and gave me the option to walk up in order to the drive-through. I am not in a vehicle and it’s not 10 PM. Therefore, I am very inconvenienced by the lobby being closed earlier than originally displayed.

If I could give this establishment a 0, I most definitely would. After a mix up with the order, I was denied both the option of a financial refund and correcting the order because my little one already ate one of the sandwiches. I paid significantly more than what I received, so we drove back to the Arby’s. Not only were we laughed at and mocked behind the glass at the drive-thru, but also rudely spoken to. After being taunted by the cashier, the manager gave us the correct order and muttered something—- we had to throw the whole order away because I didn’t feel safe consuming the food. This has to be the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this Arby’s.
