I’ve never had issues with this place before today. I typically order here once a week. Well last week I came in got my normal order with my large drink in its normal large cup. When I went to order today I was given a small drink. When I asked the cashier about it she told me that they changed their cup sizes. No where on the website or any other Arby’s have said anything about a cup change. I’m very disappointed at the fact that I paid extra for this tiny cup. Will not be coming back to this Arby’s.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the fast service and how clean the entire restaurant was. I am deducting one star for the higher than expected prices of the food, much more than other local fast food options in the local area. Expect longer wait times during lunch (11:30AM to 1:30PM) and be very cautious in the parking lot as the drive thru line will wrap almost entirely around the building during lunch and dinner time (5:30PM to 7:00PM).

Terrible. Guy running drive thru. Food was cold, had to turn around and return it. Asked if cheese sauce was in the bag, he said yeah. He was surprised to see me walk inside. The tall guy with curly hair was very nice. Girl taking order just kept interrupting my husband while placing the order. They do need some tips on how to run a business! We won’t return! No thanks!

This is the second time my family and I have gone to this Arby’s since we moved. The service was phenomenal, the place is spotless and the food was good. The best part of it all was the staff. They were all friendly, helpful and fast. Josh actually brought our food out to us with a big smile on his face. We didn’t expect that. It was an outstanding experience and the service reminded me of the America I used to know.
