Thus Arby’s is supposed to be open until 10 PM. I went tonight at 9:30 and there was a long line of six cars at the drive through. The line did not move for 15 minutes and when I got to the speaker an automated voice said they had decided to close. I went to the window there were people inside just looking at the cats. I called, but no one would pick up. I went on the internet and it indicated that they were open.

I went to the drive thru and they forgot 3 of 4 sliders ordered. Went in to get them. Got home to realize that I didn’t get our chicken nuggets. Last time we were here, they didn’t give us the red ranch we asked for. Love this location but they need to just be more cautious of getting the orders right.

They refused to make what we actually wanted, and then they didn’t even give us our whole order or any sauces. The food was not fresh at all, most of it was stale and you could tell it was reheated. $30 worth of the worst food I ever got from a fast food place. The service and food was horrible, which is sad because I used to love this Arby’s.

Ok so I came here with a semi big order. It was hot and fresh. The cashier taking my order was so nice. I made a mistake ordering but they fixed it at the window without any problems. I would recommend this to everyone who’s looking for quality food and excellent customer service. Also employees were practicing covid safety which I appreciate because it makes me feel safer eating there.

I used to love this Arby’s but today I found over 3 individual hairs stuffed into my chicken sandwich. If it were one I’d have shrugged it off but it was more than 3!! I almost threw up seeing this. Unsure if it was done on purpose by an employee but I will not be returning to this place.

Not enough booths open and ones available weren’t clean! Told Service Person was eating inside and food was packed to go! No trays available to put food on! Also, broom and dustpan left out by table! Almost tripped on it!
