Waited 30 minutes. No line at all. When we finally went in they hadn’t started half our food. My husband said he simply wanted a refund so we could go elsewhere. The kid at the register drive thru didn’t give us our receipt because he actually gave us too much money and so we had to figure out the change for him. So since we had no receipt we were denied a refund.

Sandwiches made to order, fries were batch cooked but very tasty. Staff of 2 doing it all but sandwiches were tasty, clean dining room, condiments were stocked, clean bathrooms, took coupons…we complimented them twice as they exceeded our expectations.

Lobby was closed for some reason. Used drive thru. Handed me a small cup of watered down drink. Was asked to pull around front and wait. Received a crumpled bag of dried up fries and a lopsided sandwich. I like Arby’s for a quick lunch but this place is always a chaotic mess. Management needs to get with it or shut it down. Car parked next to me wanted to go inside. They ended up walking to Taco Bell. 2 more cars parked waiting for food. Employee takes the wrong food to the wrong car repeatedly… so someone digs through the bag and realizes it’s the wrong order. Then balls it up and takes it to another car…

From a 3 day employee view do not work here . It’s not a good place to work I was told I had 3 no calls no shows and they fired me wouldn’t let me speak to hire person I refuse to deal with this. One manager instead of helping employees he sits on his phone his intire shift. His gf is the one who sa8d I never called or showed and I have it all in my call log that I did. Sitting at the er and I get a message stating I was fired after I called her and told her what happened. She says it was a choice between her and the higher up. They need people who will run the place how it should be and not how they want. I hope the close it down. There is no ac either

Absolutely disgusting and service was terrible. Roast beef sandwich was cold, fries were soggy, and jalapeno poppers were cold. I sat at the driveway thru for 5 minutes waiting in my drink after the attendant handed me my food and slammed the window closed.

Didn’t get au jus for two sandwichs we ordered and none of the fries were filled and were full of burnt, shriveled up pieces that look like they had been baking under a light all day. Would recommend just going to the taco bell next door, would get better service and food.
