It has been awhile since I have gone to Arby’s, that being said, Today was the best meal I’ve ever had from there. Whoever was working the meat slicer, sliced the meat perfectly! The chicken nuggets were hot and better than anywhere around town. I’m not sure what has changed since the last time I was there, but I hope they keep it up.

Charging way too much for extras. I got extra cheese and extra red ranch on my sandwich and it costed me an extra 5 bucks !! Unbelievable then when i asked for an explanation why my meal price doubled they gave me an attitude never again. No wonder your lot is always empty. My sandwich was so messy and cold.

I didn’t know this but Arby’s microwaves everything they make. 40 years ago I work for Arby’s on banksville road in Pittsburgh, I sliced meat for every sandwich that was under a heat. Today I went to Arby’s in Butler, in Pullman plaza and I watch them microwave the meat to get it hot. That shouldn’t this isn’t the way I used to do it at Arby’s on banksville road. I will not be going to Arby’s anytime soon.

First of all, the food was great! Arby’s may be pricey, but the food is always amazing. I had a French dip and would totes recommend it! The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because it was busy so I didn’t get my food as quickly as I would have liked and fast food has to be really special to get five stars, and this wasn’t. It was still a very good experience in my opinion, though. Highly recommend! Also, when they have Cherry turnovers, which they didn’t this day, they are the best turnovers you can get!
