I placed a doordaah order with arbys at Clearview at quarter till 11. Arbys confirmed the order and prepared it. When my 1st dasher arrived at the store they didn’t give it to her. The second dasher arrives and they told him they were closed and that they didn’t even prepare the order. My dasher said they were very rude to him also. I think that this is very unprofessional. Why did they confirm the order and prepare it just 2 throw it away? If you don’t want to make orders close to closing time then don’t confirm it or prepare it. AND DONT BE RUDE TO DOORDASHERS! I will not be ordering anything again through arby’s.

Went here on a Friday night to grab some dinner the drive thru was busy so I figured I’d just go inside. Apparently they don’t take orders inside because after standing there for like 10-15 minutes being ignored by crew, and a manager I just left, and went over to Mcdonalds where I was immediately greeted, my order was taken, had a nice joke with the girl running the register, and got out with my food in under 5 minutes which includes them making my quarter pounder with cheese fresh on the grill. I never thought I’d be praising Mcdonalds over Arbys ever in my life, but here we are.

The young lady who waited on me went out of her way to take care of customers. My gf asked for extra Arby’s sauce and without missing a beat, grabbed a handful of sauce, and tossed it in a bag for her.

Honestly, for being short 2 ppl that day, and having a full counter (we ate in) and overflowing drive thru, the place was clean, organized and the staff was polite as could be. Sure, it took a few extra minutes to get our food; but it was hot and fresh and tasted great. The staff was on top of everything, even the little things like making sure everyone had thier sauces and whatever.

Got some regular Arby’s roast beef sandwiches and some fries for the family. Got it to go and everything was really good. Workers were super nice and the restaurant was clean. Got some jamocha shakes also that were very good. Happy with the visit.
