I love Arby’s as much as the next but, really?!? Ordered their new 3 pc cornbread fish strips and they gave me 2 + a fishstick because “whatever”, I guess. People there were super nice but I’m not happy about paying full price for something that didn’t get served as the full product.

Very disappointed. I eat at fast food rarely anymore but Arby’s was definitely better several years ago. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss cheese sandwich meal which in the past was a real piece of chicken. Yesterday this piece of meat was about a 1/4 inch thick with breading. I assume they deep fried it. Not even sure but combined with the white pasty roll this was one of the nastiest tasting sandwich I’ve ever had. The meat and roll was so bad I’m confused as to how they thought adding some shredded lettuce, a thin slice of tomato, bacon, cheese and sauce would help this sandwich. The crinkle fries were also terrible. It was so bad that I will not eat at Arby’s again. For this price I can get a better meal at a restaurant. Better yet I’ll eat at home and prepare my own meals.

Where is the beef,not at Arby’s and apparently not for an hour or so… So. I got 2 shakes and an 8 jalapeno popper only got 7 and they where cold… So much for service!

I moved to Greenville in 2022 and loved to eat here. The last two times has been disappointing. The curly fries on the last two visits tasted old and burnt. The fish sandwich also looked old. I am not sure why it has suddenly gone from good to bad but I will not eat here again. If I am spending $30 on food I want to enjoy it.

Food would have been 5stars if my fries were fresher. They might have been if I didn’t have to stand at the counter so long waiting for someone to take my order. I guess the Mgr thought it more important to stand outside and talk with friends.
