Today it took over 10 minutes to get our order. It was good, just took a while. I like that you can get a side of cheese for your fries. Our total ended up being over $28. Seems like a lot for fast food.

This is one of the few Arby’s in this area. The service was fast. It wasn’t crowded inside but the drive thru was very busy. The food was hot. Taste was good but they gave me crinkle fries instead of curly fries but that was ok. I love their turnovers! The staff was pleasant. The restaurant appeared clean, tables were clean, the condiment and drink stations were clean but the floors throughout (except the carpeted area) was very sticky and you could feel it under your shoes and you could hear your shoe sticking with every step! That makes me cringe! I hate to walk on sticky floors like that! I had the new fish fillets, they are very good not too much breading! They were crispy and hot.

This used to be our go-to place for a quick supper, but today’s visit was mediocre. Staff was friendly enough, but the food was just blah. Thank goodness for the condiments. And the sandwich rolls were weird, caked with flour on the bottom that affected the flavor of the sandwich

We wanted 4 orders of crinkled fries,which came with 4 curly fries which are not even warm or hot they are cold.Ordered two cheddar roast beef sandwhiches which recived regular roast beef sandwhiches also they are cold.The milk shakes where mixed on the bottom with different flavors and then the flavor we wanted on the other half.The roast beef sandwich bread looked like it was caked in flour not pleased with our oder as I am a nurse wanted a good hot meal after work very disappointed everything was not even warm or hot just disgusting my daughter even said it was disgusting and not good will report this to the food department to investigate

The fries are always cold and when I ordered a French Dip sandwich they forgot the Au jus sauce, the most important part of the whole d*** sandwich. Made me not even want it so I threw it out. Won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered the new prime rib sub meal. My husband got chicken tenders. They must have had the prime rib made for awhile and sitting because the bread was very soggy. I had to scrape the little bit of meat, cheese and peppers off and put it on a bun that I had here The 2 biggest chicken tenders were ok. The remaining 7 were small and hard as a rock. Of course everything was cold as well. $24.05 for slop. We will never eat there again.

Don’t eat here, there was black stuff in the honey mustard sauce, when I walked in the lady at the counter had her back turned (on her phone) and one of the other co-workers had to tell her to turn around. Then she had an attitude. Poor food quality, everything was cold. BAD!!
