Double Beef and Cheddars, Mozzarella Sticks and Curley fries. Good as always. While it was lunch time and they are often busy, service was a little slow. The dining area seems to either be in mid-remodel or needs remodeling. All things considered, my son and I still love Arby’s.

This location has been out of multiple items on several occasions. We have been given all sorts of excuses for why things are out of stock, but I find it hard that it is a continued problem. I know that stores get restocked certain days throughout the week, but this location seems to have a problem with maintaining appropriate stocks of the main staples such as the roast beef and curly fries. Not good business when you can’t even keep your items that are the primary items the chain is built around in stock. Will seriously consider options before returning to this location.

I was apart of the first 50 club!!!! I was number 20 and waited two and a half hours .I was told that managers like to give Club 50 members a hard time when redeeming coupons. I really hope this is not the case! I will find out in the future and adjust my rating accordingly.

We got 1 tiny slice of roast beef on the sandwich we had to open the buns to even seeing. They charge you more and give you less. Guess we won’t be coming back here.

They messed up our order (ordered a #5 with a Dr Pepper and they thought we wanted 5 dr peppers) oh well no big deal, we went back in to get the order refunded and to get the correct one. The girl at the registers name tag said she was the shift manager. We told her the mistake, I said let’s refund it and we can reorder, trying to make it easy. This girl double charged my account, I showed her the receipt she gave me and the bank statement on my phone and she didn’t understand that it was another charge instead of a refund. As someone who works at a cash register for a living, you should know that a – is a withdrawal and a + is a refund, especially the shift manager. I showed her the statement on my phone and she tried to take a picture of it and I had to tell her that that was my private info, not something she should try to sneak a photo of to send her boss because she didn’t understand. She didn’t ask if she could take the photo and didn’t even apologize for trying when I stopped her. We waited about 5 minutes until she figured out how to do a refund and I had to tell her she needed to refund me twice. She ended up giving me too much money. Still no apology for wasting 20 minutes of my time, and walked out of there with no food. Someone who is in management and doesn’t understand money, really should not be in charge of the cash register.

Well, if you don’t want to have to go to the hospital to get IV fluids, be up all night with demons coming out of your body, and miss a day of work – do not eat here. Food poisoning is terrible and clearly they need to be more careful with the food they are serving.

We ordered dinner with a food delivery service that arrived smashed and unrecognizable. After going back and forth with the driver I contacted Arby’s directly to reorder. After explaining my situation to the store Manager she not only replaced it but gave me a discount for the trouble. Greatly appreciated!!
