If I don’t get food poisoning I’ll be surprised. Part of the sandwich was hard like burnt pieces of the end of the “roast “ the rest was GREY! Like it reminded me of a movie I seen that gave someone elephant rounds … but anyways it was HORRIBLE the fries were hard and not fresh … I wanted Auju ofcorse they were out . I won’t eat here again, the quality of the beef is nauseating

Ryan Fogle, the GM, is such a nice and helpful employee! My family and I haven’t been to an Arby’s in years and he helped take us on a tour around the menu, gave us good suggestions, and it was just a really pleasure to deal with. Super friendly guy very professional no wonder he’s the gm.

This location really should have its franchise revoked. I’m not sure why I go back. The food is usually cold and the fries are often overcooked. Tonight we ordered medium-sized meals and got a small soda and what looks like a child-sized lemonade. The person at the window barely said an entire word the entire transaction. The entire store — food, employees, service — is trash. Shame on me for repeatedly wasting my money on this armpit of fast food restaurants. Do better. Have at least a minimal amount of pride in what you do, even if it’s “only” working fast food.

York PA location only had drive thru due to “renovations” ? Went through, ordered off of the menu, first, my friend ordered the 2 for $7 which included a drink, I ordered JUST a sandwich which was shown as $5.60. got to the window and 1) guy told my friend “drink NOT included 2) tried to charge me over $9.00 for my simple sandwich. He was EXTREMELY RUDE (and high on something) and argued that WE were wrong!!! I told him to cancel EVERYTHING and that I was going to report him to corporate.. he said something explicit as we drove away!! OMG NEVER AGAIN AT ANY LOCATION!!!!

Not sure why they put stickers on top of my cup when it was a mobile order and not delivery. The place definitely needs a make over inside. Very out dated and the bathrooms are never clean. My boyfriend said the sandwich was terrible and had very little cheese with big thick cut pieces of meat, instead of thin sliced. The fries also taste like they were fried in old grease which is gross. Need to do better Arby’s!

Spending $33.86 at 2:35 pm with several cars in front of us we were expecting the roast beef and french fries to be better than being cold. We actually had to yell at the closed window to ask for arby and horsey sauce since none were offered. If everything at this hour is old and cold perhaps it should close between lunch and dinner. Considering where else in York we could have gone and spent less we shall do this in the future!
