Just want to start out by saying we love Arby’s and are so glad this location is open past 7 pm again. My husband and I went through the drive thru this evening hoping for a 5 for $5, but we were told this location wasn’t doing them. My husband decides to get something anyways and orders a roast beef meal. For the second time in a row (this happened last weekend too), the worker taking our order didn’t ask for the meal size, and we didn’t catch it. Then we get up to the window to pay, my husband hands the employee (same lady who took our order) his debit card as she’s passing him his bag of food, and he begins to ask for sauce. He got out the words, “can I have some Arby’s…” and she interrupts and says very rudely, “it’s already in the bag.” My husband then says, “okay, can I have some three pepper sauce if you have it?” The lady at the window doesn’t say anything, hands his card back, and walks away from the window. A few seconds later she reappears with ONE SINGLE PACK of three pepper sauce and hands it to my husband, who thanks her and we drive away. Now I’m sitting here just absolutely amazed at the rudeness of the worker and cannot believe she really gave him one single pack of sauce. Maybe that worker should not be in a customer-facing role.

I enjoy the food here but every time I stop for lunch it takes for ever and the lines start piling up. Also they always get my order wrong and then I have to wait for them to fix it. I know what they are trying to do here and I support it, but maybe having a manager to oversee everything would keep things moving.

I do not leave reviews often but this experience was AWFUL! To start off, the worker who took my order was not friendly or kind at all. I got an apple turnover and a mint chocolate shake. They originally got my order wrong, but I’ll let that slide. The shake burned the back of my throat and made it tingle. I got sick not even 10 minutes after I drank the shake. The store had an awful stench and was super foggy. Not to mention there was workers vaping in the store.

The food is always good, and the staff is friendly. I have to add that they kinda stare and wait for you to decide what you want even if you tell them you still need a minute, but you cant argue that because when you’re ready they are too. The meat slicer is always running so you know your food is fresh, and they have no problem giving you sauce packs if you forgot to order them. I love that this arbys has one of the last original light up hat sign because it just really adds that extra touch to the place.

This Arby’s resturant was in the classic (retro) style. The mosaic tile on the floor was a through back to the sixties. It was beautiful. The service was super friendly and attentive. The food was also good and fresh. If you are passing through the area, stop in and check it out!

For Arbys food it was good, I only gave it a 3 for food because no fast food is a 5. However it was the cleanest store I have been in in a long time. Customer service was exceptional especially in this day and age. The workers were pleasant and friendly. To the manager/supervisor on duty keep up the great work.
