Terrible! Used to love them, but quality is gone. Brisket was dried out and tasted off. Chicken bacon ranch was so cold the Swiss cheese was hard, like it just came out of the fridge. Gyros were ok. Also after ordering and paying on the app for garlic butter steak sandwiches, I was told when I went in to pick up, that they didn’t have that item. They offered to replace them with a cheaper item off the menu, um no. To make up the difference they gave me an extra order of fries, since apparently they cannot give a refund if you pay on the app. Altogether not a good experience.

I honestly don’t know how this Arbys is still open. Their lobby is never open and they barely have any of the food that is on their menu. I work within walking distance and order online. Every time I walk to pick up my food the lobby is locked so I have to go back to my car to go through the drive thru. The one manager is always yelling and cursing at her boyfriend who also works there. It is very unprofessional and a really big inconvenience. Get it together!

Drive thru is always slow, employees always seem unhappy or unresponsive. My wife and I have waited in line almost 20 minutes before and left since the line would not move and we never got to the window. Got a drink with no ice this last time, and fries everywhere in the bag. I love Arby’s food, but as someone in customer service, they have a lot to improve on.
