We had Arby’s for dinner 2night for dinner and it was a treat. First let me say I’m thankful for to the coupons. Honestly we wouldn’t do it otherwise. Went to the one in the levittown shopping center and everything was fresh. The rolls were so fresh and and the service was 100%, friendly and quick. Was totally worth the trip and I recommend it for sure.

I had to go back a total of three times they were messing up on my sandwich not putting the Swiss cheese on it kept putting cheddar on my sandwich. The young lady in the Drive-Thru was nice she started getting annoyed by her co-workers eventually I had to go in and complain on the 3rd sandwich they put one piece of bacon and tore it in half and put it on the sandwich whoever the young man was in charge he did not care not one iota and just had this dead pain expression on his face when I told him about the 3rd and last problem he just heated up some bacon and put it in a box they act like they’re going out of business soon and just do not care

This place needs serious help. The service was horrible. The guy who took my order was not in any type of uniform, he was on his cell phone(ear buds) and could have cared less that a paying customer was present. The place was a mess for 1:30 in the afternoon. Only one food handler was wearing gloves, the fries were old and warm at best. What a let down from other locations I often visit. I don’t see myself ever returning to this location.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review on anything, anywhere, but this Arby’s in Levittown served me raw chicken in my wrap today. I called to complain and they said it was “impossible”. Photo says otherwise. Never returning here or any other Arbys.

In the post I’ve always enjoyed Arbys food but today it was an enjoyable experience. The striped were dried out and only batter, no meat inside. Curly fries had that burnt taste. I will not be returning back to Arbys.

Today was my first time ever ordering from Arby’s and will be my LAST! What a waist of $13.43. Food was terrible! The chicken tasted old and dry and the fries were hard and overcooked. We did not enjoy it al all. I was really disappointed but I guess that why it was always empty everytime I drove by. The guy that took my order was very nice though nicer than Chick-fil-A. Yeah Chick-fil-A chicken is way better. FYI my 8 year old hated the food!

Moldy buns!!! Went thru the drive thru, got home seen the Moldy bun, go back to Arby’s, spoke to the “manager wanta be” about the mold on the bun, he hurried up grabbed it & took it away as if it didn’t happen!!! I asked for my money back & he wanted to charge me for the drink!!!! Seriously!!! I reported it to the corporate office!!!
