On 24 June 23 vat 6:00 pm my wife & I came to your Arby’s drive thru order our food. Once received the fries were cold and taste like they were sitting all day! Then I ordered a beef and cheddar meal which no cheddar was on the sandwich. Went in to get it corrected and the manager on duty was very rude making a deal of 75 cents difference. I didn’t even eat the meal because it turned. I will never eat at this location again!! Worst service!

They shut down the One around in my house so I went to Philadelphia mills and seen one sliders they are $2. Sliders are good, and you have to try They’re my mozzarella sticks. they are really good. Can’t forget the Curly fries

I Bought a raw chicken sandwich at this place. Took a bite and spit right back out.. went back to the restaurant, but the staff refused to refund or replace.. Never will I visit this place again. I had the Chicken Club Wrap with Crinkle Fries and a drink. Partner had a Fish sandwich and Curly Fries and a drink. I thought the wrap was a little tough until I realized that was so it wouldn’t fall apart by the time I was finished. Was able to save for later.

$16 for mozzarella sticks, a sandwich and two drinks. They were out of onion rolls so my sandwich came on a regular roll which tasted stale to me. They had no milkshakes at all. I love Arby’s but I was not thrilled with this experience at all They also now have paper straws which are just nasty. I get why but just drink out of the cup.
