Stopped here on our way to the Jersey shore as part of our vacation tradition. We were so disappointed this year. The food was untasty, one of cheddar roast beef sandwich didn’t have any cheese on it, the floors were dirty and sticky in the eating area and the restrooms.

I came last Saturday night after work and was told they “had no roast beef.” Came back tonight and was told the same thing. When I told them to just cancel the rest of what I had ordered, they said they would cook some up. Clearly, they have the beef but don’t want to cook enough up for whatever reason. Don’t bother with this location. You might not be able to get roast beef. At Arby’s. Who claim “we have the meats.” There’s something to be said for an Arby’s that can’t keep the thing they’re known for in stock.

Wow! Me and my husband have eaten at this Arby’s off and on for 22 years. We had takeout last night from this location. As we walked in to a dirty looking store to order, the staff were gathered together talking and laughing near the drive thru window. We stood there for a while and I finally had to cough in order to get someone’s attention. No greeting, he just looked at us while we told him what we wanted. We walked over to a dirty container to get our b,b,q and horsey sauce packets. There was no horsey sauce. We asked the worker if they had any and he said, no. We got home, started eating and the sandwiches were horrible! The roast beef was dry like it had been sitting out. The rolls were stale as well. We talked about how sad this experience was. We never complain or give bad review’s, but absolutely had to with this horrible experience.

First of all this is the only Arby’s around so be like me and get there around 2:45pm to grab dinner for later. The drive thru had only two cars before me. Wifee said to try the Diablo Dares spicy chicken sandwiches with free vanilla shakes so I did. Wheew… were do I start. Don’t …I repeat, Don’t sample the shake before you bite the Diablo… you’re gonna need ALL of it pal!! I’ve tried everyone’s so called spicy chicken sandwiches but this one…HOT. Not unenjoyably hot either but juuust enough to let you know they mean business! Arby’s got a winner here.

The food was HORRIBLE. They had loud rap music (WITH PROFANITY) playing. The associate didn’t great me or thank me. The food was not good at all. Nothing was fresh.

One of the things I love about Arby’s is that you can go each time and try something new. The food is good and the restaurant is clean. Easy to ring the bell on the way out. My only frustration is that the condiments are often empty. Such a lack of a detail like checking to make sure the condiments are full before the lunch rush makes we wonder what other details are missing behind the counter that I cannot see.

Sandwich had a hair in it about 2 inches in length. I could see one of the workers with hands near their nose/mouth for over 5 seconds. He started rubbing his nose but kept his hands near mouth and I couldn’t tell if he was biting his fingernails or what. Typical fast food mistakes I guess. Nice people though. I could overhear the manager training his employees in a decent manner so that’s a plus.
