Staff wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude. Fries were cold, sandwich cold too, and it was a chicken sandwich which is supposed to be warm. Arby’s is a good fast food chain, hopefully they get it together…this just wasn’t impressive tonight and I don’t have high standards.

Heat Index 112 outside and threatening to call police on a paying customer is criminal and unethical. There is no compassion for the vulnerable individuals at this location. They took money from a vulnerable and destitute individual on a day with a record breaking heat wave in the area and no food. After the threats from management, who could even attempt to choke down the horrible food anyway.. The only justice is me serving them with this horrible and truthful review. The customer was lied to after paying for a meal that was never received. Mark Taylor & Kim Claytor are the worst, most reckless human beings. My mission is to share the criminal behavior of the employees.And the food is horrible just like the service. No name tag on the manager etc.Corporate office take note.
