Haven’t been to an Arby’s in years. Surprised how nice this place is, inside and out. Got the classic roast beef and mozzarella sticks. No complaints on either item. Employees were friendly and fast, ordered in the app with no issues. I’ll definitely be back to this location. They even have outdoor seating.

I tried the new boneless chicken wings and was amazed at the taste and quality. They are super rich, I recommend them. They have two styles Hot Honey and Buffalo Sauce. I must say that the customer service was excellent, the cashier who attended us was very patient and friendly when taking our order. The store staff said goodbye to us when we were leaving. That made us feel very special. I would definitely return to this same place. I loved them!

Staff is really friendly, sometimes a bit slow but they are understaffed a bit. Food is great and hot. Staff likes when you bring your dog through the drive through. Nice to have trays and self service condiments back.

The King’s Hawaiian Sweet Heat Chicken sandwich is EXCELLENT! Tried it once and the freshness, crispness and quality of the chicken was perfect. The sandwich tasted great with the sauce. Had it a second time and it was consistently great!

UPDATE: The inside of this Arby’s is spotless. There even was no dust on the glass light shades above the tables. The food was exceptionally tasty and fresh. They even brought our order to our table. The employees were super friendly and efficient. The drive thru was steadily moving, no long wait like it was before. They have really pulled it all together.

The tea machine – both sweet and unsweet – has been down for at least 2 weeks, with no notice until after you order…I have canceled 2 orders and will not go back to this Arby’s because I can’t trust that I’m not wasting my time

I have been to this location about 10 times now. The drive thru is a bit slow at times, but the service is usually friendly and accurate. The food quality and “freshness” is pretty good, though I have had a few times where the crinkle cut fries tasted as if they had sat out for awhile. *Note this review is compared to the average fast food restaurant in the area*

Had a wonderful experience here tonight. It made our night. We went to grab a late night bite and had the pup with us. We pulled through the drive thru and they were making a fresh batch of fries so we had to wait a couple of minutes. When the two ladies saw the pup they offered to give him some whipped cream. They chatted with us at the window while we waited. It was an unexpected surprise. Great customer service, warm food and a happy pup! 5/5
