This is for the lady at the drive through Mrs.Kathy, I’ve had several encounters with her when I pick up lunch for my husband and myself. This lady is SO KIND, SWEET, and PATIENT as well. She’s always smiling and very helpful, I remember one day I went through the line and was asking about the peach drink they had, I liked it but it was so sweet so she only put one pump in it so it wouldn’t be as sweet and she made sure I liked it and I did. She’s that type of person she cares about people, you can tell by how she interacts with folks. My mother and I was there once and she was so kind my mother asked her, her name an thanked her, we told her we were going to put this up I believe a month ago so it’s late but thank you Ms.Kathy, you have exceptional customer service.

It’s okay. Whenever I get a taste for a roast beef sandwich, this is my 1st choice. They also have other menu items that are good options for snacking/ eating… the last time I was there, my sandwich smelled terrible. It tasted fine, but I couldn’t continue eating it as the meat smelled bad… but normally it’s OK.

The best service I’ve ever had at an Arby’s! Food was super fresh and fast. The manager even brought it to our table with a smile! @Arbys you have a winner with the manager on duty tonight. Clean. Efficient. Friendly. Recommend the Mac and said it was better then chil Fila next door…and I agree!

Ever since it’s been open, it’s slowly going down hill in the food quality. Nearly always missing items from the sandwich or when you ask for a modification to a sandwich they don’t do it. Food mostly is barely warm at times.

Terrible service. The girl taking our order couldn’t tell me about the food. It took 15 minutes to get our food. The order still was not correct. They left my fries off and when I asked for them I got nasty oil soaked old fries. Workers seem to get an attitude with customers because they screwed up 4 orders in a row. No sense of urgency. Too expensive for less than mediocre food.

I asked for a French Dip sandwich no Swiss cheese and nothing on the bread and a couple other sandwiches and fries. I get home and there’s hardly any meat on the sandwich and no Au-jus! DAMN-IT!
