Pulled up to the store at 9:05 p.m. the inside was supposed to be open till 10:00 yet it I also ordered a beef and cheddar with no onion roll and I received an onion roll. Fry’s and mozzarella sticks were so cold and seemed like they had been sitting out for hours and yet they still served them I asked for an item removed from my order and it was not. Hands down the WORST Arby’s I’ve ever been to with service to match

The eating area needs a really good deep cleaning and then just a maintenance cleaning daily. It feels grimy, sticky, crummy, stale as if they’re not mopping daily. When I worked fast food as a teenager, twice a day someone from behind the counter would sweep and mop the dining area when business was slow.

Program Corruption
This place is definitely a hit or miss …. mostly misses!! 3 out if f the 5 times we’ve gone there, they were out of something, French fries to bread to sauerkraut to even the “Arbys sauce”!! ….. But tonight was it, they gave us burnt/black burgers, when I returned them the employee said “well they aren’t supposed to be red Ma’am”, my response “they aren’t supposed to be black either” he eventually offered to remake my order, but did it with much attitude, especially when I requested my fries be replaced with hot ones!!

It was on a Sunday afternoon and after putting gas in our truck, I stopped by the Arby’s in Charlotte Hall and before I ordered the new deluxe garlic prime roast beef sandwich, I wanted to know if there was enough to purchase and the worker said yes, so I ordered 3, 2 large fries and an order of white cheddar Mac and cheese, but they didn’t have it. She gave me the 3 sandwiches and 1 large frie, subtracted the other French fries and when I got home, we noticed that our deluxe garlic prime rib without onion straws, and the price was ridiculous. Arby’s needs to re-think this one out, hire more intelligent people or go out business.
