Higher priced fast-food restaurant that specializes in roast beef sandwiches. This visit I tried their chicken sandwich with Swiss and bacon. Sandwich was served quickly but was cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted The chicken is a pressed patty not a chicken breast and not all white meat. About the same as the McDonalds $1 offering in quality at 5 times the price. I avoided the fries and went with a side salad. Veggies were reasonably fresh but there was water in the bottom of the bowl. Mostly Coke products for the fountain drinks. I have eaten here enough to know that most of the food is mediocre at best, but the restaurants around it were full today and I didn’t have time to wait.

Haven’t been there in about a year but menu remains the same. I ordered my typical nuggets, fries and drink. Got to work and was highly disappointed about the nuggets. The nuggets weren’t freshly made as they were hard and cold but it was 81 degrees out so the wind had nothing to do with it. And they seem to be the bottom of the bag as they were very small and not meaty.

Asked for ketchup and arbys sauce for 3 sandwiches and a large fries. Got no sauces or ketchup. I’m in a wheelchair, alone in a hotel. I don’t have my own sauces here in a fridge. For some reason they added 3 forks. I got 2 whole napkins for 3 meals. The cheap cardboard straw won’t work for the shake and collapsed within 1min 30sec. Put down the crack pipes and stop being cheap with the condiments.

They didn’t have the drink I ordered and I didn’t want any of the other options. This was at the drive thru. When I counted my change i was still charged for the drink. I went inside to get my money they gave me a hard time as i was never given a receipt. Guess what, they did have my drink and the manager finally gave me that. I’m never going back there again. They gave me the wrong sandwich the visit before. I can’t believe they can stay open.

Guy ordered 5 meals and two drinks for a family of 5. He asked for 3 water cups. The lady behind the counter refused to give him 2 additional cups saying they cost 53 cents each. He walked away with one cup. When my order came I up asked for a water cup. She gave me the cup but complained the cups cost 53 cents. I told her there was a family of 5 and he ordered 5 meals. I took the cup and gave it to him. Another guy did the same thing. She is going to cost Arby’s more than 53 cents when he doesn’t come back.
